Terms of Service

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Jellyfish?.

2. Community content

When you submit reports, comments, or photos, you grant Jellyfish? a non-exclusive license to display them in the app. You confirm the content is yours and doesn't violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content that is spammy, abusive, off-topic, or unsafe.

3. Pro subscription

• Pro is a recurring paid subscription processed by Stripe.
• It auto-renews until you cancel from your account page.
• Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we offer a refund within 7 days of your first charge if you haven't used Pro features. After that, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. No safety guarantee

Beach conditions, jellyfish risk, water clarity, and other data shown in Jellyfish? come from public weather APIs and community-submitted reports. They are informational only and may be inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. Always check official sources (lifeguards, NWS, local authorities) before entering the water. See our Safety Disclaimer.

5. Acceptable use

Don't submit false reports, harass other users, scrape the service, or attempt to break or reverse-engineer it. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jellyfish? is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
